SANSE Group Makes an Appearance at the 28th China International Composite Materials Exhibition

On September 16, 2025, the 28th China International Composite Materials Industry Technology Exhibition grandly opened at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). A total of 852 enterprises from 17 countries and regions around the world gathered at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) to collectively showcase the outstanding achievements of new productive forces in the composite materials industry.

Under SANSE Group, Taizhou Huangyan shuang sheng Plastic Mould Co., Ltd. — a benchmark enterprise in the manufacturing of exclusive moulds for composite materials — and Zhejiang Sansheng Mould & Plastic Technology Co., Ltd. — an enterprise providing lightweight solutions for composite material products — made a strong presence and jointly appeared at this exhibition.

At this Composite Materials Exhibition, SANSE Group comprehensively showcased its latest research achievements to everyone, among which the composite material power battery casings and automotive detachable hardtops have attracted particular attention.

The composite material battery casings and detachable hardtops are the results of SANSE Group's years of R&D on replacing steel with plastic. Both products boast advantages such as high design flexibility and easy formability, integrated design with fewer parts, light weight, high strength, and excellent impact resistance. Additionally, the composite material battery casings have strengths including good thermal insulation, optimal battery charging and discharging performance at low temperatures, and long vehicle range.
